Why It Matters
Section titled “Why It Matters”MTR ridership is the single strongest predictor of foot traffic. A restaurant 200m from a 48,000-entry station has a fundamentally different customer pipeline than one 800m away.
Bus routes matter for off-peak hours when MTR frequency drops. Night bus availability affects viability of evening/late-night concepts.
